The 11th DOLE-OWWA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES will be held at Radisson Blue Hotel on the 21st of June 2013. A total of five hundred nine (509) graduates in Basic and Advance courses, H. E. Ambassador Crescente R. Relacion will be the guest of honor.
